When you sign up for the waitlist you give us your email address. We use it to send you updates about Leads Run: launch news, product progress, and new features. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing your email is voluntary; without it we simply can't send you those updates. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which doesn't affect anything we did with the data beforehand.

We also collect anonymous traffic statistics via visitors.now. No cookies, no persistent identifiers, no profiling, just aggregate visit counts and standard referrer data. The signup form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set a short-lived functional cookie strictly for that check. Both are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and understanding how it's used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't use tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies.

We use a small set of vetted service providers, each only processing what they need: Loops (USA) sends our emails and stores your address, Vercel (USA) hosts the site and handles standard server logs, Cloudflare Turnstile (USA / global) runs the captcha, and visitors.now handles cookieless analytics. Where these providers process data in the United States, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), in line with GDPR Chapter V.

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the waitlist closes without launching, we delete it then. Server logs are kept short-term per Vercel's standard retention. Traffic statistics are aggregated and not tied to you personally.

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy (data portability), and withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of this, click the unsubscribe link in any email from us or write to pawel@leads.run. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

If we change anything material we'll email people on the waitlist. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
